REFUND AND RETURNS 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or do exchanges for purchased products.  


DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
If you order was damaged in-transit, defected, or if you have received the wrong order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately via email at hello@olysnacks.com or LINE us @olysnacks and provide the following information: 

  • Your Order Number or Screenshot of Order Confirmation 
  • Your Name, Address, and Phone Number 
  • Photos of the product  
  • Reason for return  

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS 
If you need to change your shipping address, you may notify us within 3 hours of placing your order via LINE @olysnacks ONLY. Please send: 
  • Screenshot of your Order Confirmation  
  • New shipping address, name, and phone number 

All sales are final. Your order cannot be canceled after you have submitted your payment.
